What Identification Documents will I need?

Please supply 1 from each of the following ID

Picture Identification

  • Passport
  • Full drivers licence (Photo Licence)
  • European union national ID card

Confirmation of Residence

  • Utility bill – no older than 3 months
  • Bank statement - no older than 3 months
  • Council tax bill – present year only
  • Full drivers licence if not already used as your ID

All documentation MUST be addressed to the person presenting the documentation.

  • Limited companies will need a copy of their incorporation cerificate (NB if you donot have the certificate we can obtain one for you please go here to purchase.
  • Soletraders / partnerships who have traded will need to produce a copy of there turnover.
  • A qualifying discharged bankupt you will be required to produce a certified copy of the original discharge certificate issued by the courts, if you do not have this document contact the court who issued the bankruptcy and they will supply you an additional copy for a small charge.
  • Written account of why/how the debts have been incurred, must be accurate with amounts
  • In some instances the Bank also require an original Experian / Equfax report not your own downloaded copy.
