1. How can you get me an account when I can't?
Over the years we have searched the banking institution find accounts suited to every poor credit scenarion conceiveble, in most instances we have developed a firm standing relationship to secure excellent banking facilities client circumstances, however, bankrupts an IVA/CVA's have proved too difficult virtually no bank will even consider them for accounts. We have managed to sort a basic account with a top Bank and though we don't have a direct relationship with them to date form more than 100 accounts place we have never had an account declined.
This account is placed with a top high street bank and offered to you on their regular terms. We work very closely with many of the necessary institutions and banks to open 1000's of accounts every year. 2. What do you charge and will it work for me?
Your application is dealt with on a personal basis all the way through the process, we do not receive any commissions from the banks and thus we must charge you/your Company for this service, our fees vary and are based on the type of account selected and is usually dependant on your personal circumstances, and with which institution we can place you, the account you have selected is Option 3 a basic business bank account, total introductory fee £35 inclusive.
3. How easy is the process?
We do all the work and organisation for you. You are required to complete a simple application and the FSA (the Bank's governing body) require to take your ID to the bank to be verified. You will not be required to produce a company plan.
4. How long will it take to open my business bank account?
This type of account is a very simple and quick to open, once you have completed the basic questions on your application form, contact our office and we will arrange an appointment for you to attend the bank for a short interview, at the end of the interview the account will be approved and your will be give a passbook with account number, you will leave the bank with a fully fuctional account that you can start to use immediately, you will need to deposit £10 at the time of opening.
5. What if I have been refused by some banks?
In most instances you can still accuire a bank account with this bank regardless of past refusals at other institutions.

7. What Identification Documents do I need?
Please supply 1 from each of the following ID
Picture Identification
- Passport
- Full drivers licence (Photo Licence)
- European Union national ID card
Confirmation of Residence
- Utility bill – no older than 3 months
- Bank statement - no older than 3 months
- Council tax bill – present year only
- Full drivers licence if not already used as your picture ID
- Limited companies will need a copy of their incorporation certificate (NB if client does not have the certificate they can obtain one from our store.
- Soletraders / partnerships how have traded will need to produce a copy of there turnover.
All documentation MUST be addressed to the person presenting the documentation.
8. Our Guarantee
This service is for a guaranteed business bank account and as such our dedicated new accounts team will work with you all the way through the account opening process until we are satisfied our clients have the very best possible account to fit their particular circumstances, if we fail to obtain the selected account we will make a full refund less £15 admin fee, however, FBSL's dedicated team will do everything possible to ensure this scenario does not occur. Our guarantee is base entirely on the information provide by the client to FBSL at the point of sale. In the event this information proves inaccurate and the Banks findings prevent account approval, then our guarantee would be rendered invalid and any fees paid would be forfeited. Should this instance occur we will not abandon our client, without any obligation we will apply to other institutions but we could no longer offer the service under our guaranteed facility. |
