Our Services At Foerster Business Solutions Limited we offer a wide range of business solutions to assist new or established companies. Below is a detailed commentary on the services we offer. Many of these are included within our various formation packages but they can also be purchased seperately. Limited Company Formation - As stated on our homepage we are company formation agents. Choosing any one of the packages on offer will mean having your own limited company formed quickly and easily. The company is formed at the time of order and is not what is termed "off the shelf". The advantage in this system is that all the relevant details of directors and shareholders etc. are entered at the time of formation and this removes the requirement to fill in change of detail forms that used to be used before online registration was available. It only takes 4 easy steps to successfully register your UK limited company.
We will then track your application at Companies House and providing the name of the company passes Companies house guidelines we should have your company registered within 4 hours, providing the application was submitted before 11am. Ready Made Companies - We have a limited number of "Off the Shelf" companies. These are sometimes desirable as they are longer established than our newly formed companies. To view the companies available please click here Registered Office Service - All businesses must have a registered office to receive official mail. Official mail consists of corespondence from companies house and other government agencies together with mail from uk courts. Many of our clients prefer not to have official mail delivered direct to their trading address (for example if this is also their home address) and therefore choose our registered office service. All official mail is recieved and then forwarded on to an address of your choice. The cost of this service is £55.00 + VAT per annum for our Manchester & Lancashire offices, £95.00 + VAT per annum for our London Westminster office & £195.00 + VAT per annum for our London North office (but this does include general mail forwarding for 12 months - Postage to be invoiced quarterly). General mail can also be forwarded on at a price of :- £35.00 + VAT per annum plus postage with a 25% handling fee for our Manchester & Lancashire offices. £45.00 + VAT per Month plus postage with a 25% handling fee for our London Westminster office. Offshore Companies & Banking Arrangements - We are able to offer an array of offshore companies and banking arrangements in many different countries. Due to unpleasant changes in legislation or tax policy in some offshore havens we no longer recommend and offer corporations and banking in the jurisdictions of Switzerland . Our professionals are carefully and continuously analysing available offshore tax havens and have selected those which offer the best opportunities to the clients. The offshore jurisdictions where you can save on taxes and being offered include; BVI, Bahamas, Cyprus, Delaware, Cayman Islands and Gibraltar. As the options in offshore company formation are so varied it is not possible to place an order via our web site. For more information please email us or ring 0844 8845058 Company Secretarial & Complience Service - Company Directors have a duty to file accounts, annual returns, and changes of particular forms with companies house. We offer a service to take away this headache for only £60.00 + VAT per annum. Our staff will handle the filing of accounts and annual returns. We remind you of when these are due and communicate with you to ensure you pass them to us on time. Details of changes of particulars that you pass to us are also forwarded to companies house. A booklet with guidelines is provided to help you understand what is required. Nominee Secretary - We can provide a Nominee Company Secretary service for clients who are looking to incorporate a company but they do not have the requirements of two persons in order to complete the incorporation. We also help our International clients overseas by providing them with an officer of the company at an affordable fee. Prices start at £49.00 + VAT per year Nominee Director- If you do not have the required two individuals to form a Limited Company, we can provide a nominee director service at a cost of £125.00 + VAT per annum. The Nominee Director Service is an administation service, and is in no way involved in the running of, and financial affairs of your business. Nominee Shareholder - It is sometimes necessary for the shareholders in a limited company to remain anonymous and appoint nominees to hold their shares incognito. We are happy to provide this service for a fee of £149.00 plus VAT per shareholder per annum Fast Track Business Banking - We can apply on your behalf to set up a business bank account through our contacts within the banking industry. The bank will contact you shortly after your order is placed. This service is provided at the low cost of £45.00 + VAT. Please note that the banks will do their usual checks whilst reviewing the application and so attaining a bank account is not guaranteed. VAT Registration - For new companies, dealing with Government agencies can be daunting, especially when the word VAT is mentioned. At Foerster's we will guide you through an application form via email or telephone and then submit this to Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs on your behalf. The cost of this service is £45.00 + VAT. 0870 Telephone Numbers - Once your business is up and running you will obviously require a telephone number. Why not improve the image of your company by setting up an 0870 telephone number. We can handle all discussions with the telecommunications companies to make this as pain free as possible for the low fee of £20.00 + VAT 0870 Fax to Email Numbers - An excellent new product that allows your business to have a dedicated fax number without paying for a dedicated phone line. All faxes are forwarded to your chosen email address when received. Price £20.00 + VAT Virtual Office - Newly formed companies are often run by individuals, who, by the nature of their business, spend their time away from base and therefore could miss valuable communications with potential customers. We offer a practical solution, the virtual office. We set up an 0870 number for you and have this routed to our computerised switchboard. We answer your calls in your business name and then relay messages to you via email. You can also ring in at anytime to check whether there are any messages for you. This facility is supplied at a cost of £50.00 + VAT per month. Web Design - Nowadays many companies see the internet as a great source of business. Online trading is expanding rapidly and is beginning to replace more traditional methods. We offer a 5 page web site design services which includes 1 year web hosting for a cost of £165.00 + VAT. If a more complex web site is required (for example database driven or with e-commerce) then this can be quoted for seperately. Online Store - We also have an online store which offers many items to assist you in setting up and running your business including Company seals, stamps, brass nameplates and copy certificates Credit Checking Facilities - Knowing your customers is extremely important in today's business environment. Many companies fall into receivership each year leaving their suppliers with unpaid debts. We have access to reports from credit checking agencies and because we buy in bulk we can sell these to our clients at a cost of only £12.50 + VAT per report.. We also have the facility to download limited company accounts and annual returns direct from Companies House and supply them to you in .pdf format at a cost of £5.00 + VAT per document. Business Planning - If you wish to put a business plan together for presentation to a bank then we can guide you through this process. The cost involved is dependant on the size and complexity of the documentation. At Foerster's we have created successful plans ranging from small new companies to multi million pound deals.
