Registered Office - All UK accepted company registration businesses are legally required to have a registered UK address. It is the address of a company to which Companies House letters and reminders will be sent. The registered company address can be anywhere in England and Wales (or Scotland if your company is registered there). The company registered address must always be an effective address for delivering documents to the company, and to avoid delays it is important that all correspondence sent to this address is dealt with promptly.If a company changes its registered UK office address after incorporation, the new address must be notified to Companies House on a form 287.

Using Your Home Address - If you intend using your home address as registered office please bear in mind your address will be made available in the public domain for all to view, thus if your company incurs any adversities or is involved in any disputes the registered address is the first point of contact, you can avoid this by selecting one of our registered offices and we will forward all legal mail and if selected general mail onto an address of your choice, your mail forwarding address is never disclosed to a third party..
Use of Our Registered office - It is a legal requirement for any new company formation established within the UK to be registered at a UK address. Foerster Business Solutions can provide your business with a registered office service. This means we can provide you with a registered office in which all your official mail will be sent to at no additional cost to you. No trading can take place at this address and only official mail such as letters from the Inland Revenue or Companies House will be processed here. If you do decide to make use of our registered office mail forwarding service, where we forward all general business mail, it is important to remember mail delivered to this address is processed as quickly as possible to avoid complications and where possible forwarded onto your chosen address within 48 hours of receipt. Please note we cannot accept parcels at any of our registered addresses.

Legal Notice - A ltd company may have a legal office address at some place other than its trading address where, for instance, the trading address is a garage or similar which is not suited for the receipt of official documents or communications addressed to the company. There is no real correlation between a company's registered office and the office from which the company actually trades. The registered address must be included on your business stationery, if you have selected our registered office without general mail forwarding then the registered office must be shown on your stationary and titled as your registered ofice, this is usually located at the foot of letter heads etc., if you have selected our full general mail forwarding you may display the registered office address as the mail company correspondence address.

Due to recent changes to the way registered offices are regulated under the money laundering act it is now a legal requirement to supply personal ID for all parties wishing to use our registered office services
