Following your order we will contact you via email to confirm your details, your chosen company name, where mail is to sent, who the bank signatory will be and whether or not you will require VAT registration, other information we require is your chosen .co.ukname and a landline number for your 0844 number.
Frequently asked questions
Q: How can I prove I own the company?
A: We have mutually signed agreements stating ownership is solely yours and we act in a admin capacity only. We can also provide notorised agreements for an additional small fee.
Q: What happens when we need documents signing by the Company officers?
A: You simply send them to our office and the designated officer will sign and return the documents.
Q: Do you charge a fee for signing documents?
A: No there is no charge, nor is there a sealing on the number of documents we will sign.
Q: What happens after the first year end?
A: At any time we are happy to resign as nominees and appoint new officers or if you choose to continue using our full service the renewal fee is just £245 + VAT.
Q: What happens to the Company mail?
A: We forward all mail, legal and general company mail, to your chosen address, you only pay for postage.
Q: Can we use your London registered office rather than your Mancheste oner?
A: Yes you can but you will need to pay the additional cost is: £100 + vat (nb this addititional cost does not include mail forwarding, which is £49 + vat pcm payable quarterly)
Q: Can we use the registered offices for conferences or meetings?
A: No though these are functional office there are no facilities for meetings etc.
Q: What hapens when the annual returns become due?
A: We will contact you and for a small charge complete the retuns for you.
Q: What happens when the company’s accounts become due?

"This is our most popular package with those not wishing to have any of their personal details made available in the public domain.
We will incorporate your limited company in the regular way with your chosen name, however, instead of using your own officer as director, secretary etc we use our nominees and our registered office, thus the company cannot be traced back to you the owner, you maintain full ownership and control of the company. Nominee contracts are mutually signed designating our nominees to act in an administrative capacity only.
The bank account is a full business account with several features including; cheque book, debit card, online, telephoning and face to face banking and will be with either HSBC or Barclays, you are the sole bank signatory.
If requested we will register the company for VAT, this can be done at anytime and usually takes around 4 to 10 weeks from application to receiving the registration number.
This is a perfectly legal full trading company giving you complete anonymity, ideal for those who for whatever reason need to keep there identity out of the public domain.

Business Bank Account
To qualify for your business bank account, first you need to form a company through our usual procedure, and providing you don't have any major adversities (bad debt, bankruptcy, ccj’s etc), and you can prove who you are and where you have lived for the passed 3 years, then there shouldn’t be a problem and you will qualify for an account.
The account comes with the following features; Cheque book, debit card, online banking, telephone banking, CHAPS, BAKS.
